Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. grated fresh, washed zucchini (skin on)
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. mace or allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar until well blended.
    Add oil gradually. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
    Blend into mixture gradually and thoroughly.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Grease and flour lightly 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
    Divide mixture evenly.
    Let stand 5 or 10 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean from center.
    Don't overbake.
