Homemade Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. very warm water
1 stick oleo
2 c. milk
5 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Put 2 packages dry yeast in a cup of very warm water.
Set aside.
Put in saucepan the oleo, milk, sugar and salt.
Heat until oleo is melted.
Remove from heat.
Put in big bowl.
Add 1 cup of cold water.
Stir in yeast.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead on flour surface.
Put in greased bowl and let raise until doubled.
Knead again and put into bread pans and let raise again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
