Chocolate Kiss-Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    14 oz. pkg. Hershey's chocolate Kisses
    granulated sugar (for rolling)
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Set aside.
    Beat butter and peanut butter until well blended.
    Add granulated sugar and brown sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Using a level tablespoonful for each, shape into balls.
    Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Press an unwrapped chocolate Kiss on top of each.
    Bake 2 minutes longer. Cool.
