Brown Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 can drained, chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake covered 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Recipe can be halved.
