Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add pumpkin, vanilla and water; mix thoroughly.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture and blend well. Stir in pecans and dates.
    Bake in 4 greased and floured loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
