Christmas Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 c. halved cranberries
    1 c. chopped nuts
    grated rind of 2 oranges
    4 tsp. hot water
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda and sugar together into bowl.
    Stir in
    eggs,
    butter,
    orange
    juice
    and hot water.
    Mix well.
    Fold
    in cranberries, nuts and orange rind. Spoon batter into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove bread from pans.
    Cool, wrap and store for at least 24 hours.
