Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except cheese) in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spread cheese on the top for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
