Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. fresh, coarsely chopped cranberries
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, orange juice and sour cream.
    Mix until blended.
    Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
    Fold in cranberries and pecans.
