Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen carrots and peas
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 pkg. country ham bits
    3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    ground black pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Cook rice ahead of time.
    Scramble eggs (hard scrambled and cut into cubes).
    Boil frozen carrots and peas for 2 to 3 minutes and drain.
