Never Fail Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 beaten eggs
    3 ripe mashed bananas
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the shortening.
    Slowly add the sugar; beat well.
    Add the eggs and beat thoroughly.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Alternately add dry ingredients with milk.
    Bake in two greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
