Banana Pineapple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and mix
    well.
    Stir
    in
    bananas.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda
    and
    salt,
    and
    add
    to butter mixture.
    Fold in pineapple,
    coconut
    and pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans
    to
    just over half full.
    Small or large pans may be used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
