Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 to 2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir together sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Stir in dry ingredients, sifted together.
    Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
