Sweet Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. bits of dried fruit, chopped
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until easy to mix. Add fruit and the powdered sugar (sweeten as desired by using more or less sugar).
    Roll into a ball.
    Roll in poppy seeds or nuts, or can be left plain.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill.
    Will keep for several days, if refrigerated.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
