Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together with milk and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
