Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 lb.) coffee cans, greased and floured
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. mashed pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    and divide among the 3 cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1
    hour.
    Loosen
    in
    can with long knife after it has cooled 15
    minutes.
    Finish
    cooling on rack.
    Good served with cream cheese.
    Also good to freeze.
