Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (12 oz. can)
1 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cocoa
4 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 baked 10-inch angel food cake
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O strawberry, cherry or mixed fruit gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. cold water or fruit juice
1 c. fresh or drained canned or frozen fruit *
2 c. whipping cream or 2 envelopes Dream Whip whipped topping mix
Preparation

*Use strawberries, cherries or other fruit.
A 10 ounce package of frozen fruit or a
1 pound
can of fruit will be sufficient.
