Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
nuts or coconut
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
-
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add flour and cinnamon gradually. Add other ingredients.
Pour into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
