Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 c. dried apricots, cut up
Preparation

Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Beat on medium speed for 1/2 minute.
Pour into greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
