Onion-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of hot oil until tender but not browned.
    Combine egg, milk and biscuit mix.
    Add onion, half the cheese and parsley.
    Spread dough in greased 8-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
