Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/3 c. cream sherry wine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together the first 6 items.
    Mix together the sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well, then stir in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients alternately with cream sherry, mixing well, then add nuts.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or when toothpick in center comes out clean.
    Turn out on wire rack to cool.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate until ready to slice.
