Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 egg
Preparation

Mix together the first six ingredients.
Take out 3/4 cup and set aside.
To this 3/4 cup, add cinnamon and pecans.
To other, add buttermilk, soda and egg.
Beat well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add 3/4 cup mixture to top of batter.
