Escalloped Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large zucchini
    1 large onion
    1 large tomato or 2 small ones
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice zucchini in 1/4-inch pieces.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Top each with 1 slice onion and tomato.
    Melt butter.
    Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered.
    Uncover.
    Place sliced Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Mix remaining melted butter with bread crumbs and drizzle over cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
