Fried Rice And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned and cut into 1/3rds
    1/2 c. finely diced onions
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place hot oil, salt and pepper in heavy skillet (wok).
    Add eggs.
    Fry until firm.
    Cut eggs into small strips.
    Add shrimp and onions.
    Stir over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
    Add rice, soy sauce and sugar.
    Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until rice is hot.
