Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    3 c. flour, sifted
    2 c. grated zucchini, skinned and seeded
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. raisins
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
    Fill 2 loaf pans sprayed with vegetable oil and 1/2 of a loaf pan.
    Make another batch and fill 2 more loaf pans and finish filling the other 1/2 pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until dry.
    Makes 5 loaves.
