Horseradish Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
snipped parsley
Preparation

Cream together the butter, horseradish, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Top with snipped parsley.
Serve with hot, cooked corn-on-the-cob.
Makes 1/2 cup.
