Coconut Scotch Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place margarine and sugar in large pot.
    Heat over low setting until bubbly.
    Cool a little.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla and flour; beat until smooth.
    Mix in coconut and pecans.
    Spread in greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
