Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts, Macadamia nuts or pecans
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (convection oven 300\u00b0).
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in bowl.
In a mixing bowl or food processor, mix sugars, vanilla and margarine.
Mix well and add eggs.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture and mix well.
Stir in nuts (coarsely chopped) and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto cookie pan covered with parchment paper.
Bake 8 minutes until edges of cookies are golden.
Remove with spatula and cool on rack.
