Crab Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
5 oz. Old English sharp cheese spread
6 English muffins

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except muffins.
Spread on muffin halves.
Freeze, which makes easier to cut into pinwheel pieces. Broil until browned on top, approximately 8 minutes.
