Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten until light
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. finely chopped, unpeeled squash
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Add the oil, vanilla, sugar and squash to the beaten eggs.
Mix well the sifted flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add flour mixture to squash mixture.
Stir in 1 cup of chopped nuts. Bake in 5 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch loaf pan for 1 hour or until done at 325\u00b0.
