Mock Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size chicken breasts
    3 or 4 carrots
    celery
    1 whole onion
    1 garlic
    1 bouillon cube
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. butter/margarine, softened
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. grapes, cut into halves
    1/2 c. toasted almond slivers
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts.
    Add to boiling chicken the carrots, celery, onion, garlic and bouillon cube.
    Okay to use whole chicken if you prefer to.
    Mix remaining ingredients all together. Save stock from chicken to use later in other dishes, such as chicken dressing/stuffing.
    Can freeze chicken stock.
