Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Gold Medal flour
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar in a large bowl; mix well.
    Gradually add \"dry\" ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and chopped nuts.
    Spoon mixture into two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
