Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    2/3 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. very cold water
Preparation
    Blend Crisco with flour until mixture looks like peas.
    Make a \"well\" with spoon.
    Add the cold water at one time.
    Stir to form a soft ball of dough.
    Roll out on floured area.
    Grease pans, place dough and crimp edges.
    Will make 2 pies.
