1 Minute Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
12 oz. peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal
coconut (optional)
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Boil sugar and syrup for one minute.
Add peanut butter and stir until it melts.
Add Special K cereal and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
