Cookies While You Sleep - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs whites
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. almond flavor
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and foamy.
    Add a pinch of salt, then gradually add sugar, almond flavor and vanilla.
    Mix good.
    Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
    Drop by 2/3 teaspoon on cookie sheet.
    Put in oven and turn oven off immediately.
    Do not open for 4 hours.
