Coconut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 egg, beaten
1 (20 oz.) pkg. mashed potato flakes
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. biscuit mix (6.25 oz.)
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Preparation

Form cookies on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Will freeze.
