Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Beat peanut butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well.
Mix soda with flour and add to mixture.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
