Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook potatoes.
    Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, milk and cheese.
    Cook until thick.
    Put potatoes in baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
