Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. whole cranberries
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add evaporated milk, water and melted butter.
Stir thoroughly.
Mix in cranberries. Spoon into buttered 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan.
