Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. nuts, if desired
    1 c. raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Thoroughly beat together pulp, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients, then cooking oil.
    Bake in square pan or 2 small loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
