Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
