Zucchini Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3/4 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in taco sauce, mustard, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.
