Quick Lima Bean Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lima beans, cooked and drained (garden fresh is best)
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. quick cooking rice
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Stir in corn, tomatoes, rice and Italian seasoning.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir.
Top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more.
Serves six.
