Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed.
Shape into desired shape, 1 inch balls, 2 or 3 inch logs or balls flattened with cookie press.
