Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour into 3 greased and floured pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool slightly in pans. Wrap in aluminum foil and store in refrigerator or freezer.
