Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened fruit cocktail
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. water
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook the raisins until dry.
Drain well.
Drain fruit cocktail, then add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
Mix well.
Add to rest of ingredients.\tBake in round angle cake pan for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
