Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 pears, grated
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix on medium speed the oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add water and vanilla.
    Add grated pears, then dry ingredients.
    Add nuts last. Grease and flour 3 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be frozen!
