Sugar-Free Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans red tart pitted cherries, drained
    6 tsp. Equal
    3 Tbsp. raw tapioca
    1 c. cherry juice or lemon juice and water (half of each)
    red food coloring
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and over medium heat, stir until mixture is hot and mixed.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Cover with pie crust (cut into strips or whole vented).
    Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
