Cheese Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crumbs
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of rectangular cake pan.
    Chill until very cold.
    Mix jello, sugar, boiling water and lemon juice. Chill until partially thick.
    Add evaporated milk; beat until thick.
    Add to thickened jello mixture; spread over chilled crumbs and sprinkle lightly with crumbs.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
