Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. pecans or raisins or 1/2 c. each
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into lightly greased tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
