Blue Hake Del Mar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 frozen sections of \"Schwans\" Blue Hake fish *
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    *Or can use any deboned whitefish equal to 1 pound of fillets (i.e., perch).
